I've bought a pack of Clever Cloths. £5.99 from JML - so not cheap for three fluffyish, brightly coloured cloths but OK I thought lets give them a go.
Apparently, according to the marketing you don't need any chemicals, just water and the cloth. Hmmm....OK lets believe that for now and give it a try.
They are impregnated with Silver, which is anti-bacterial, this is locked in the fabric and helps prevent nasty bugs growing. The cloths are a sort of fluffy fabric, which holds the water when mopping up spills.
I began by cleaning all the smears off my sunglasses, they were yukky, OK not a huge challenge for the cloth but they were one pair of grimey sunnies... and became 'as new!' Ooh I like these I thought, and began walking around the house, cloth in one hand and rather strange look on my face - rather like a demented Mrs Mopp.
As I attacked the dining room table and all the accompanying chairs, I was impressed - one super shiny table. I next did the mantlepiece and fireplace, followed by the glass doors on the kitchen cupboards, then the Halogen hob.... there was no stopping me.
I was rather troubled to discover the cloth had became really quite dusty/grimy, we have a very clean house, Himself is a total cleaning freak (he won't mind me saying) so dust settles in our gaf at its own peril! So was very surprised by the cloths grimy appearance indeed!
The cloths are special and need no chemicals added. So no furniture polish, kitchen cleaner or Mr Muscle needed to make these guys work! And work they do!
The pack did contain three cloths, so one is here, one is at the boat (a very good cleaning cloth for shimmying down the sides of the boat!!) and one is in the cupboard to save for when one runs out.
Oh and the colours are acid bright - so lovely!!!!
